Joseph Potashnik, Esq.

Joseph Potashnik, Esq, is the principal attorney of our firm. He earned his law degree at The Ohio State University. Mr. Potashnik is a skilled defense attorney who has represented numerous clients in New York and New Jersey. Before founding his own firm, Mr. Potashnik was associated with the Law Offices of Richard M. Lipsman, a Manhattan-based firm that handles Federal and International Taxation issues, including IRS defense, Tax Fraud, Tax Evasion, IRS Litigation, civil litigation, and criminal defense.  

Mr. Potashnik’s practice areas extend to criminal defense of all major felonies in state in federal courts, especially white collar crimes. He is also active in defending medical health professionals in criminal and administrative matters such as OPMC disciplinary proceedings.   

Mr. Potashnik is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey state courts, United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the United States Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Tax Court. He is a member of the following bar organizations:
